In a highly anticipated matchup between two of West Virginia's top high school football teams, Fairmont Senior High School emerged victorious with a commanding 55-3 victory over Lewis County High School.

The game was played on Friday, September 2, 2023, at East-West Stadium in Fairmont, West Virginia.
